We have at the resort a good sized restaurant and bar which has large opened windows. The restaurant is situated right next to the ocean, so you have spectacular views and a cool sea breeze, whilst eating your meals or having a quiet drink after a hard days sightseeing or diving. All food items on the menu are freshly cooked at the time of ordering. We do not freeze our foods and reheat them as many other restaurants do. We care about our food and how it tastes for our guests, so we make it all from fresh as ordered, so as to give you the best tasting food around.
Our restaurant is based around German cuisine, with all German Food products made at our very own butchery here in Dalaguete, so you will not find these foods anywhere else. We get all our herbs and spices imported directly from Germany, including sausage skins.
We of course also do local Filipino and other International dishes like Pizza's too.
Our other ingredients we use are sourced locally when possible, including the vegetables, fish and meats. All fish we serve are from the catch the night before and vegetables are delivered daily each morning direct to the restaurant. So whilst you stay at our resort, why not try some authentic German foods too, all served at a very reasonable price.
